In this context, the date, the time and the IP address or telephone number used (unless the call is made with a suppressed number) will also be saved. For security reasons and for possible prosecution, this data will be stored for 7 days after the respective contact is established.

11. deletion

As a matter of principle, your data will only be stored by us for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. If the purpose of storage has been fulfilled, the corresponding data will be deleted if there are no legal obligations to store it. If the latter is the case, the data processing is limited to the mere compliance with the legal retention periods. Deletion then occurs after the expiry of these periods. IP addresses collected for protection purposes are always deleted 7 days after their collection.
